On purchase PayPal will send you a confirmation email which will act as your ticket, they will also send Chorlton Players your name and email address which will be held at the box office to validate your purchase.All ticket purchases are carried out through a secure server on PayPal’s own site. No payment details are passed to Chorlton Players during this transaction and you do not need a PayPal account to buy tickets.
When attending one of our performances, Chorlton Players will follow Government guidance regarding COVID safety measures and advise you of any safety requirements accordingly. Given the potential for changes to these, we will provide any updates prior to our 21st, 22nd & 23rd October show dates. Please check back via our website / social media channels for the most up to date information. We will also contact you via email, if necessary, with any updates.
Conditions of Sale
Concession tickets apply to under-16s, registered students, registered unemployed, disabled patrons, and senior citizens.
Seat numbers are not allocated. You may sit where you please.
Buying tickets online is not compulsory but a pre-booked ticket automatically reserves a seat. However, this expires five minutes before the advertised start time, and your seats will be re-allocated to box office sales.
Please arrive by 7.25pm for a prompt 7.30pm start. For matinees, please arrive by 1.55pm for a prompt 2pm start. Also, please try to arrive as a full booked party, in order to process your online booking.
After choosing your ticket options, Paypal will send you an email that your order has been processed. (Please check your Junk Email folder in case your email provider has rejected the email for its own reasons)
Once the tickets are purchased they cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled.
Refunds cannot be made for tickets uncollected or unused.
In case of a cancellation of an event you should be entitled to a full refund of all the fees paid or exchange of tickets for another date.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission to an event if they believe you can be a danger to the audience or yourself or can affect the enjoyment or duration of the show (for example due to being under influence of drugs or alcohol).
Only alcohol purchased at the venue is permitted by law. Please do NOT bring your own.
The hall has a varnished wooden floor, so quiet shoes would be appreciated!
How to Order Online
- Select the type and number of tickets you require in the QTY box, and click “Add”
- A Shopping Trolley will then appear at the top of the page. You can then add more tickets, or choose “Checkout” to finalise and pay for your tickets.
- You will then be taken to the Paypal secure site to complete the transaction.
- We will email you a confirmation and your tickets will be available for pick up at the door on the night of the performance you have chosen to see.
